| The Glove's power or Magnetra recognition becomes unstable when connecting Magnetra. | Ensure that the TRRS connector is fully inserted. If the issue persists, there may be a connection failure with the Glove's expansion port. Please contact us via the inquiry form. |
| Unexpected joystick input occurs when Magnetra is connected. | In DivingStation's Devices tab, uncheck Use the existing input module for the affected hand. This may resolve the issue. |
